Eligibility is determined according to the individual dog’s health, vaccination status, behavior, handling needs, and compatibility with our boarding environment. Completing a request does not guarantee that a reservation will be approved.

Dogs receive secure individual rest periods as part of their daily routine. Appropriate downtime helps dogs rest, prevents unnecessary overstimulation, and allows our team to manage each dog safely.

Dog interactions are determined individually according to temperament, behavior, safety, and the dogs present during the stay. Boarding does not guarantee social or group play with other dogs.

You will receive preparation instructions after the reservation is approved. Owners are generally responsible for providing their dog’s food, feeding instructions, required medications, and any other approved care items requested by the team.

Current required vaccine records must be provided before boarding. Exact requirements and any applicable deadlines will be reviewed during the reservation process.

Medication schedules and special care needs must be disclosed before booking. Our team will review the instructions and determine whether the requested care can be safely accommodated during the stay.

Our team will attempt to contact you or your listed emergency contact and follow the veterinary authorization provided in your boarding agreement. Veterinary expenses remain the owner’s responsibility.
