Bailey Gonzales

HEAD ADMINISTRATOR

Bailey began her journey into the dog world by purchasing her first German Shepherd, Kaiser. She began to train him to be a service dog along with other various types of training that was heavily influenced by IPO. While learning about dog training, Bailey was developing her professional career in nonprofit management. Bailey has been dedicating her life to serving the community either through dog rescues or therapeutic horseback riding opportunities.

Bailey has served on the board of directors for a dog rescue, appointed volunteer for 2nd battalion, 1st Marines Weapons Company, Camp Pendleton, California, and volunteered mentor for job placement programs within the DFW area serving high school students with intellectual disabilities. After Bailey achieved her degree at university in Behavioral Science, she decided to purchase her second dog, Korra. Korra is what really started her love for sport dog obedience as Korra was her first working line dog. She started to take sport obedience more seriously than she did prior and continued to develop Korra by herself with influence from different professionals that she found online. Bailey and her family found themselves relocated to the Northern Virginia area in 2021. Shortly after moving to the NOVA area, Bailey purchased her third dog, Suki. After purchasing her working dog Suki, Bailey has completely immersed herself in the world of dog sports (IGP & PSA) and explosives detection.

Bailey was born and raised in Southlake, Texas. She has lived in Phoenix, AZ, San Clemente, CA, and now resides in Stafford, VA. Bailey has grown up ranching and working cattle with her family ranch.
